Terms of Use for AI LMS

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI LMS mobile application (the “App”), operated by Algorise (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using AI LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. About AI LMS

AI LMS is a mobile learning platform that helps users learn to code directly on their phones. The App allows users to:

Write and run code in 40+ programming languages
Use AI-powered assistance to better understand programming concepts
Create projects and optionally commit them to their GitHub accounts

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be legally eligible to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You must provide accurate and truthful information.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

By using AI LMS, you agree not to:

Use the App for illegal activities
Abuse, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the system
Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content
Impersonate another person or entity
Violate third-party rights or terms (including GitHub’s terms)

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. User-Generated Content

AI LMS allows users to create content, including code, projects, and text.

You retain ownership of the content you create.
You grant Algorise a limited right to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the App.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App belong to Algorise, including App design, Logo, User interface (UI), and Features/functionality.

You may not:

Copy, Resell, Redistribute, Modify, or Exploit any part of the App without permission.

6. Third-Party Services & Integrations

AI LMS integrates with third-party services, including Social login providers, GitHub, JDoodle, Gemini AI, and Firebase.

Please note:

We do not control these third-party services.
We are not responsible for their availability, failures, or policies.
Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

If you subscribe to paid features:

Prices may change due to discounts or updates.
Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled.
Taxes are included in the subscription price.

Refund Policy: If you need a refund, you may request one by contacting us at: dashcodecity@gmail.com. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate accounts if an account is abusive, there are repeated violations of these Terms, or an account remains inactive for an extended period. We may remove accounts without notice in cases of serious violations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI LMS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Bugs, downtime, or temporary outages may occur. Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

Algorise is not liable for loss of data, business or financial losses, misuse of the App, or failures of third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algorise shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Algorise harmless from claims, damages, or losses, and take full responsibility for your actions while using the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, users will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated Terms.
